कंपनी के अध्यक्ष श्री नरपत वैष्णव ने भारत के हर क्षेत्र में 100% हर्बल उत्पादों को पहुँचाने की परिकल्पना के तहत 3 मार्च 2019 को लक्ष्मीका हर्बल की स्थापना की है, जिसका उद्देश्य उन्नत जीवन शैली के लिए पूरे समुदाय और दुनिया में आयुर्वेदिक प्रोडक्ट्स को बढ़ावा देना है, साथ ही हमारा लक्ष्य 100% हर्बल उत्पाद भारत में सभी लोगों के लिए उचित मूल्य पर उपलब्ध करवाना हैं। कंपनी के अध्यक्ष को आयुर्वेद और विपणन का 10 वर्षों का ज्ञान है।
भारत में बढ़ती बेरोजगारी में लोगो को कम पूँजी में बड़े प्रॉफिट के साथ अपना स्वयं का बिज़नेस की शुरुआत करके आत्मनिर्भर बनाना और भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने में सहयोग करना।

 The Chairman of the company Mr. Narpat Vaishnav has set up Laxmika Herbal on 3 March 2019 with a vision to deliver 100% herbal products to every region of India, aimed at promoting Ayurvedic products throughout the community and the world for improved lifestyles.
